Your style is nice too. Too bad you do not have an scanner and have to use a blurry digital camera. Why don't you try drawing with the computer? There are freeware programs that are quite good. For example, I use The GIMP, which is completely freeware and open source. You can download it here: [link]
It's available for both linux and windows.
Yeah. The mouse it's hard to master. But don't worry, you'll learn.
I recomend you using the tools like vectorial forms and cut and paste for helping you drawing. Also I recomend you doing the picture much more bigger than the final pic. You draw it big, and then reduce it. This allows you to draw better with mouse without so many errors. Also I advise you to save frequently, just in case the undo button doesn't work properly.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
